Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

I used wheat bread, because that is all I had- I wouldn't do that again :o) Other than that, the taste is great! I used maple sausage, doubled the eggs, and skipped the mustard because I didn't have any on hand.

Banana Pudding IV

Very yummy. I used 2 boxes of sugar free vanilla instant pudding and 2 percent milk. I also used angel food cake instead of vanilla wafers.. I put it in a trifle bowl. I think next time instead of bananas I am going to use strawberries.
