Pasta Melanzana
Fantastic taste! As the reviews suggested, I too added 5 cups of spinach and I also doubled the amount of farfalle. Maybe it was just because the dish was so good, but I barely got 3 servings out of it. Next time I will double the recipe.

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken
Very easy and tasty too. To make it slightly more 'healthy friendly' I substituted vegetable oil for the butter and used a salt substitute. Oven heat and timing worked perfectly with baked french fries.

Dixie Pork Chops
Absolutely fabulous! I didn't alter the recipe one bit and my family 'ate it all up'! Definitely, definitely will cook this again.
