Very good. The only thing I changed was to use dijon mustard as opposed to regular yellow mustard.

French Onion Soup Gratinee

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2006
Fantastic as-is! I thought it could serve way more than 4 though...maybe by soup bowls are smaller? After finishing this, none of us had room for the main course. Very filling!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2006
Absolutely scrumptious! I added about 1/2 cup salsa to the sauce and used tex-mex cheese blend in place of the cheddar but followed the rest exactly. It's also extremely filling, I could only eat 1/2 of one! Will definately be making again. Thanks for the recipe!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

No sure if there was an error with the amount of pepper...followed the recipe though. A bit spicy. I would cut back on the pepper next time.

Frozen Cranberry Salad

I ommitted the walnuts because I'm not a fan..overall, very tasty. I think next time though I would serve it as a "fluff" as suggested by others.

Excellent! I did cut down on the amount of butter to about half and it still was plenty! I'm an absolute garlic fiend so this was an excellent recipe for me.

Garlic Wine Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2006
This was a good recipe but I only gave it 4 stars because I had to do some tweaking. Instead of just 1 chicken breast I used 4, seasoned them with salt, pepper and garlic powder. I also seasoned the flour with those same spices. Instead of 1/2 tbsp garlic I used 3 cloves crushed and fried the chicken in butter therefore omitting the end step. I also cut down on the wine to half and the rest I used chicken stock. All in all it's a good premise but I knew just by looking at the recipe that it needed some adjustments.
