Tuna Noodle Casserole II

This was great. I used 1 can of Cream of Broccoli and a 12oz can of evap milk (I didn't want to be stuck with leftovers), and crushed crackers on top. My entire family said it was yummy!!

Slow Cooker Beef Roast

My husband and I loved this!! I cooked a 5 lb. angus beef roast in the crockpot. I seasoned it well with garlic and fresh pepper than cooked/browned all sides in a pan with olive oil. It cooked on low in the crockpot for 6 hrs with NO VEGES. My family loves mashed potatoes with roast. I used 1/2 c. of wistershire sauce, 1/2 c. Sweet Baby Ray's Original plus 1/2 c. water. The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It turned out delish!! I can't stop picking at the meat and dinner was over 2 hrs ago. Thanks for this easy recipe.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

I made this last night and we all loved it! I browned the 2 Tbsp. of butter first then added 2 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp. of soy sauce. Other reviews suggested more vinegar than soy sauce and they were right! This went very well with my onion crusted chicken (used French's fried onions) and uncle ben's rice pilaf. Before the meal I served up the delicious Corn and Crab Bisque (recipe on this website by tattoochicc). It's all good!

Corn and Crab Bisque

I made this for a family dinner yesterday to serve before the main meal and we all loved it! It's delish! I did use heavy cream instead of half/half and added 1 heaping tsp. of Old Bay (as suggested by other reviews). The 1 tsp. cayenne pepper adds a tasty "zing". I will be making this again!
