I have not been cooking for very long, but I come from a family of wonderful cooks, who I have spent my whole life observing. My dad has always been awesome on the grill and makes great potato salad. My mom used to make Indonesian food that was so yummy!! Now that I have a child of my own, and a live-in boyfriend, I have started coo all of our meals. You know what I found out??? I love to COOK!!!!

Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Great recipe. I did make a couple of alterations though. I like very creamy sauce, so I used Cream of chicken Soup instead of making the white sauce. I also used imitation crab meat and fresh mushrooms. Even my picky little three year old son loved it!

Tree-Shaped Crescent Veggie Appetizers
This is by faar the EASIEST appetizer I have ever made and just as big a hit as some of the more time consuming ones. Very tasty...only thing I changed was that I used Chive and Onion flavored cream cheese and decided to forego the dill weed.
