Meatball Sandwich

This recipe was fast and easy, but my family of 7 did NOT care for the taste of the meatball. I prefer hoagie buns, in other recipes, and mozzarella instead of provolone.

Very yummy, and I love how easy it was. I did take someone else's ideas, and rubbed my roast with steak seasoning, which gives the gravy an even yummier flavor. I added baby carrots and sliced onions. Great!

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

Awesome! My whole family, including my 5 children enjoyed these. Be sure not to eat any leftover pineapple though, after touching raw chicken!

Egg Salad Sandwiches

Love the dill in this egg salad. Yum! It may be better for this to sit for an hour or so to give time for the onion flakes to hydrate before eating.

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

My kids and I all loved the potatoes. My husband thought they were good, but he wasn't fond of the Yukon potato texture, which is different. I may try regular Idaho next time.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Very yummy. Can't go wrong with a struesel topping. Best straight out of the oven as opposed to the next day, while the topping is still crunchy.

BUSH'S® Beef and Bean Tacos

Very easy to make, but I, personally, did not like the flavor. My family was divided. A couple of my kids even ate 2! But I will not make it again. Thanks though.

Cheesecake Brownies

I followed the recipe exactly. Very simple, quick and easy, but honestly I felt like it ruined the brownies. I would have enjoyed the box brownies all by itself better.
