Simply Potatoes® Cheesy Hash Browns

This is my favorite dish in the world. My mother has been making it for years. I get requests for this nonstop! Only change is adding a can of cream of mushroom. OR only cream of mushroom or cream of broccoli if I want to make it vegetarian. Oh and I use Kellogg Crumbs instead of actual cornflakes.

Cheesy Hash Browns

This is my number 1 recipe that I make for EVERYTHING. I ALWAYS use shredded cheddar. And like to add 1 can cream of mushroom.

Skillet Chili

For being quick and easy, this is a GREAT chili recipe. It's extremely basic and gets the job done if you have a craving for chili. I didn't find it having a lot of flavor. The only thing I changed was more chili powder. I think a lot more spices could make this a 5 star. That being said, I will still use this as my go-to chili just because of how easy it is. I will just experiment more with the spices!

Incredible Potato Casserole

This recipe is demanded at every function I attend! I do substitute cream of chicken mushroom. And regular onions. But that's it!

Best Spanish Rice

I HATE when people review recipes and change just about everything. The only thing I added was a small sprinkling of chili powder, adobo, tomato bouillon, and onion powder. But like just a small bit. And it was seriously soooooo much better than I expected it to turn out!

Heavenly Halibut

Well I am STUFFED!! I ate a whole huge piece because this sauce was soooo good!!! I didn't measure things out exactly, but I don't think it really changed the taste. I also baked it and then only broiled it at the end. I am going to try this with salmon or steelhead next. yummo!!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Seriously! These were absolutely amazing!! I added just a little bit of extra garlic. I might even make them again tonight!! UPDATE: i made them again. This time I added 1 diced green onion, 1/8 cup breadcrumbs, and a tiny bit of asiago cheese. I also learned my lesson about too much garlic so I cut that down. AMAZING!!!! I didn't think they could get any better and they did! The only other thing I will change next time is I am going to cut back a little on the cayenne. It was stinging my lips a bit. Otherwise, PERFECTION!
