Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2008
My 9 year old son loved this and kept asking for more off of my plate! It was very easy and I had all the ingredients on hand. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because it seemed a little salty. I will cut down or omit the salt altogether next time, but it will be made again!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2008
This recipe was very good! It was very easy to make. However, I was the only one who liked it in my family. Goodness help me, I have some picky eaters! The chicken smelt fantastic when I got home from work! I served it over egg noodles and am looking forward to leftovers today!

Mild Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
I loved this recipe, and it was so easy!!!! I took another reviewers advice and added 1/2 a can of enchilada sauce to the chicken mix, drizzled the rest on top once they were in the pan before the cheese, a Tbsp of taco seasoning to the chicken mix and I sauted the onions because our family is not big onion fans. The cheese was a little excessive on top; next time I would not make that much. But my DH loved it and even ate the leftovers we had today, and he NEVER eats leftovers!

Bacon Mushroom Swiss Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
This was spectacular! You have no idea what kinds of horrible meatloaf recipes I grew up with from my Dad's cooking ( think crushed Fruit Loops instead of breadcrumbs and raisins!) so it really took a leap of faith for me to make this! It sounded so good, I had to try. I used 1/2 beef, 1/2 ground turkey. I used bread crumbs and extra mushrooms. It smelled so good while it was cooking! It was reviewed as a winner by my family, and my DH said to make sure to make him a car package for his lunch tomorrow! I will make this again!

Fettucine Carbonara

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
This was really good. I added a couple extra peices of bacon, some chopped ham and peas. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I really couldn't get past the fact that I was using eggs and not cooking them the way you would normally cook eggs. It was my own fault, I didn't read the entire recipe before I started to make it. I don't know if I will make it again.

Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2008
This was very easy, and most everyone liked it. Next time I would use less bread; the center just seemed a ittle too soggy, like it couldn't cook long enough without burning the top. I would cut the cheese down just a bit as well.

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
It was fine, but I don't think it needs more than 3 stars because it wasn't real impressive.

Tilapia Scampi

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
This was very good! Even my 9 year old ate it up! I only gave it four stars because I found it almost impossible to flip the fish without it falling to pieces. I opted not to flip and it still turned out yummy!

Excellent! But make sure you double, triple or even quadruple the recipe, because it doesn't make enough!

Banana Split Bars

I followed the advice of others and made this in 2 store bought graham crackers crusts. I put strawberries on the top instead of cherries, and I drizzled chocolate topping over it. Simple easy and really yummy!

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
My family liked this, but we all agreed it was missing something. I agree with other reviewers that the noodle to sauce ratio is way off; next time I will add more wine & more tomatoes. I think I will also add some veggies to it.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2010
If I could give this 10 stars, I would! Easy, yummy and really made alot! I have plenty of leftovers for a few days, and I can enjoy it over & over! I followed the recipe exactly, except I forgot the cream, so I just used milk I had on hand (1%) and I don't like onions, so we didn't add the onions.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2010
Really easy...really good. I would use a little less chicken, and a little more buffalo sauce. But that is just my family. I also followed other reviews and baked my crust for about 6 minutes, then put just enough blue cheese on top and spread it around. Maybe a cup, total? And I'm not too sure what the butter did, other than make it a bit more greasy. I think next time I will omit it. But there will be a next time!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2010
Really good...really easy! I got nervous reading other reviews saying they used a differnt kind of roast, when I had already gotten the rump roast. But it turned out just fine! I followed other reviews and added some worchester sauce, minced garlic, and onion powder. I sliced it up and put back in the juice for about a half hour. I also used swiss cheese when heating the buns. My hubby & I like horseradish, too, so we added that to our buns. YUMMY! Will make this one again!

I am just finishing my piece for breakfast. Super yummy! I used cinnamon raisin bagels instead of bread, but did everything the same. Used 6 eggs. Boys ate it and liked it. Me too!

Linguine with Clam Sauce and Baby Portobello Mushrooms

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
Holy Hannah......can you say "salty"??????? I even followed other reviews and cut the bouillon cubes down to 3, but I'm thinking you could do away with them all together. The idea itself was good, that's why I gave it three stars.
