Sunday Best Fruit Salad
I did not use the peaches from the pie filling and used fresh ones instead. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, kiwi, apples, pineapple (from the can) all went so good together. We ate this for two days and it got better every day. I am going to use a peach glaze next time - will update at that time!

Famous Pork Chops
Didn't know what to expect. Thought it might be too buttery with the butter crackers (Ritz) and the 1/2 c. of butter - boy, was I wrong! They tasted wonderful and didn't give off the buttery taste I was hoping I wouldn't taste! Husband LOVED them - will be making again and soon!

Tastes good - reminds me of marshmallow fluff. However, remember relatives making this when I was a child WITH A HAND MIXER and theirs always turned out -stiff and kept it's form. I mixed mine for about 30 minutes and it still would not keep its form. Either I didn't have enough patience or I'm not cut out for this particular item! 2nd try making it and I remember now why it's not an annual thing.
