Bread and Celery Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2009
Excellent. Everyone devoured it. Didn't have celery so i added the white parts of some green onions instead. Also i used old old french loaf of bread and cubed accordingly. Didn't have poultry seasoning but i did have sage dried and some frozen fresh....Again this is an easy winner.

Fajita Marinade I

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2009
I would of given it 5, if it said "READY IN 2 hours". When I read the recipe it said 15 minutes:). So I didn't bank that the marinade would take 2 hours... I did it for 1 and quarter hours and it came out pretty good, the flavor was spot on. A little chewy, but that could of been my meat:)

Roast Pork Loin Chop

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2007
Very moist, however a bit tasteless. I even brined mine because my chops were 1 3/4 thick. I served it with a sauce and that did the trick. I will definately cook again.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2006
I have made this now twice. Very good. I like the grilled flavor, so I brown each side on the stove and then finish on the grill. I once put them straight on the grill and they stuck.
