Chocolate Mexican Wedding Cookies

Crumbled while I was trying to roll them at the end. Grating was too much of a hassle and didn't work out well. Not enough taste to them.

Fortune Cookies I

They didn't quite taste or look like the ones you get at Chinese restuarants, but not bad! I still haven't gotten the hang of folding them...it's a lot more difficult than it looks.

My 17 year old daughters tried making this cookie. Tasted alright, but the consistency wasn't very appealing. Like eating a cookie filled with powder that sticks to your mouth. Then again, they're not really good at baking... at all.
