Chicken Pot Pie IX
AWESOME! I did make a few changes: one pie crust on top (would have been too rich with two); canned peas instead of frozen; added one large potato and boiled with chicken and veggies; cooked some garlic with onion; added 1 t. fresh basil, a pinch of thyme, and a little chicken seasoning to the mix; no celery seed.... also, keep in mind the suace should be relatively thick... I turned mine up to medium-high heat and continaully stirred until it was thick... turned out perfect consistancy... delicious!
