Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2011
Excellent! My guests loved it and have asked for the recipe several times! The only thing I did differently was mix it up and put it in a crock pot, turned out great!! Will definitely be making this again, might take the advice of other reviews and cut the cream cheese.

Layered Seafood Dip

This was absolutely fabulous! I & my guests couldn't stop eating it, it makes a lot but goes quickly. The leftovers were even better once mixed together, I think next time I'll make it that way!!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: May 31, 2007
This was AWESOME!! I made it for a reception for my 14 year old daughter's school function. Everyone raved about it and wanted the recipe. Who knew that such a simple (yet time consuming) recipe could be so great. I too brushed the tortilla'a with butter and added blueberries, pears, peaches, pineapple, ect...... will definetly be making this again.

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2006
I've made this twice now and each time came out great!! It's now being requested for each barbeque I attend as my dish to bring. I switched it up the second time though. I didn't have sherry so I added burbon instead. Tasted great then too.

Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2006
Very good recipe. I made it for a party I was having and it was a hit with most! Some didn't care for it, but as for the majority...it was great. I made another batch a few days later and added it to hot penne pasta, along with julienne sundried tomatoes. It was excellent, made for a very creamy sauce.

Rosemary-Scented Pork Loin Stuffed With Roasted Garlic, Dried Apricots and Cranberries and Port Wine Pan Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2005
Not at all what I thought it was going to be. I think I might have used too much rosemary. It was not the "big hit" I thought it would be with my family, and I followed the recipe to the "T". I Won't be making this again.

Quick and easy to make A+++. I did as previous posters had suggested. Added sourcream and crushed the cookie and added butter to make a crust at the bottom. I added a bit of almond extract as well. They were devoured in no time. Definetly making again.

Bourbon Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2004
This was excellent. I marinated the chicken overnight, used fresh onions and garlic. Instead of baking in the oven I grilled the chicken first and then sautee'd in the marinade to make an excellent rich sauce. Served w/ rice and brocolli. Everyone raved, especially my 10 year old. This one is a keeper.
