Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
This pizza crust was very good! I added some Pizza Spice mix from Penzey's in the crust, along with some extra garlic & onion powder. It's also a very oily dough (no kneading needed!), and I did add about 1/2 cup more flour. I like that the dough doesn't need to be precooked, yet comes out perfectly cooked, even with plenty of sauce and toppings. Yum!
