Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats basically all it takes to summarize this chicken. It was WONDERFUL! I am only 15 years old and I made this..I think it was the first time I actually had to cook meat..not including like ground beef for spaghetti or something like that. And it couldn't have been easier! Even for me! I made a few changes as suggested: Used a little italian seasoning, flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt..stuff like that for the breading. Added a little garlic into the baking pan before I stuck it into the oven. Turned over the chickens half way though cooking time. Poured juice half way through cooking time. And YUM! It was so delicious. Probably the most delicious chicken I have ever tasted..seriously.

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2007
I made this monkey bread a REALLY long time ago, but I thought it would be unfair if I didn't come back and rate it. Well, not really much to say. IT WAS DELICIOUS. That pretty much sums it up.

Fast and Easy Tofu Lo-Mein

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2007
Well, when I made this recipe I improvised at little bit, I'm sure, but I'm going back and trying to rate all of the really good recipes I have tried, so..yeah, it might not be EXACTLY how I did it. I did the whole oriental noodles thing just like it said. Cooked up some tofu in another skillet and then combined them together. I also chopped in a ton of onions and probably a little garlic (just because I can't make anything without either of them.) Put on a bunch of soy sauce and also some of the sauce that came with my oriental noodles (not exactly sure what it was called) and it was VERY delicious and flavorful and just good. I combined everything in a huge skillet and added a little more soy sauce, random oriental sauce from the noodles, and when I dished it up on the plate I added a little sweet and sour sauce. YUM! Oh yeah, I forgot to add that I did not use any of the ramen seasonings (I'm a vegetarian and obviously can't have any of the beef or chicken, pretty sure I saw some kind of beef product on the label for oriental..) But, let me tell you, it didn't need it. I am probably forgetting something, but this is getting long enough. Whoops!

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2007
This is an absolutely excellent dish. The only (well, actually it kind of changes the entire dish, but I'm still rating it 5 because I would have never made it without the original recipe) change that I made was instead of BLACK beans I used KIDNEY beans. I usually have to double the recipe because 1 of them gives you near to nothing. Also, I usually blend only half of the beans and the other half I put in there whole to give it some texture. This is DELICIOUS. Everyone in my family loves it and asks for it all of the time.

These were outstanding cookies! My whole family loved them and ate them all in about one hour. Next time I will double the recipe since it only made about 15-20 cookies.
