the first time I made tea biscuits I was not aware that you were not to roll the dough as you do pie crust. Hence My biscuits were like gingersnaps - Hard as rock and as thin as tissue. Now over the years They are mile high. Dear friends that were there the first time I made them never let me forget the disaster
