Sour Cream Pound Cake
I doubled the butter by mistake, and WOW. SO GOOD! I made 8 mini loafs (in a mini loaf pan) and baked at 350 for about 30 min. I added 1 tsp. vanilla extract and then divided the batter in half and added 1/2 tsp. of lemon extract to one half and 1/2 tsp. of almond extract to the other, so that 4 mini loafs were almond and 4 were lemon flavored. Both were excellent! Thanks for a great recipe!

Easy Steam Chicken
Good- just way too salty. Any ideas for brining instead of marinating in just salt? The texture came out great.

Chrissy's Sweet 'n' Sour Tomato Salad
Excellent. I also reduced the sugar, and used half balsamic/half white vinegar and it was great. To make it a meal, I added cukes, cubed firm tofu, and bite-sized pieces of torn multigrain bread, and drained the extra dressing for later use.
