I was disappointed in this dish. The final product was very bland. Given such positive ratings from 350+ reviewers, I have to assume that I made some error in the preparation. It's just that this dish calls for such a short list of ingredients and cooking steps that I'm not sure where I could have gone wrong. The only ingredient I left out was the margarine...could that really make the difference between best ever and bland? Maybe I have developed such a taste for spicy food that a good but basic chicken dish doesn't do much for me. If anyone has troubleshooting ideas, please let me know.

Crispy Potato Pancakes

Very straightforward recipe and a great tasting result. Think I'll use a bit more flour next time as the mixture was a little runny. I probably need to also do a better job squeezing the liquid from the grated potatoes. We enjoyed as an afternoon snack with ketchup, but I can easily see this accompanying dinner or as an alternative to hash browns in the morning.

Quick and Easy Stuffed Peppers

This recipe is delicious, but it was the super simple microwave preparation process that pushed it up to 5 stars for me. My only suggestion would be to use a larger glass baking dish and cook 4 peppers. I had a lot of unused beans, corn, and tomatoes....four peppers would use up all the other veggie ingredients nicely. Thanks for sharing this recipe. It's now my favorite stuffed pepper recipe and will be used frequently.

Chicken Wild Rice Soup

Very delicious, very nutricious! I'm not sure I prepared the margarine, flour and cream of mushroom mixture exactly as directed, but the final product had great flavor. I will definitely add this to the regular recipe rotation.
