Chocolate Zucchini Bread II

A wonderful recipe and the cinnamon gives it a lushious taste. Out of the oven and just warm (couldn't wait) was just right. Was going to give a neighbor one of the loaves but bet it doesn't last very long.

Best Ever Corn Muffins

Used 1/2 cup of cornmeal instead of 1/4. Made 6 large muffins and 12 mini muffins. Thought they were excellent. Wish I had thought to add some whole kernal corn. Using to serve with stew. Yummy though,I will make again and again.

Easy Apple Crisp

Excellent thou I made a few changes. Used 3 lb. of Gala apples, 3/4 c. water 1/2 c. brn. sugar,3 tsp cinnamon, 6 tbs. butter,1/2 c. chopped nuts,1 tsp.vanilla. baked 50 min. would have used oats but was out. Turned out yummy anyway.

Strawberry Jam

Fresh Peach Cobbler I

Quick and Easy Vegetable Soup

My husband is not a veggie lover but he rated this soup 5 Stars. I thought it was yummy but needs to simmer much longer. Oh, I added peas and tomato soup instead of V8 juice. I think it would be good as the recipe given also.
