Baked Teriyaki Chicken
The sauce from this recipe tastes just like a local teriyaki place. We added a little bit of red chili flakes to spice it up, and I needed a bit of extra cornstarch to get the consistency I wanted. Otherwise, used this as is... cut the soy sauce with water to dull down the salt a bit, and used white vinegar instead of cider because we didn't have any. Will be making again & trying on the BBQ at some point. :D

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
Just a warning: this makes for a pretty small batch of cookies. I made about two sheets (4x4) and was a few short on the second one. But besides that, these cookies are great! I used chocolate chips instead of white, black gosling rum instead of brandy, and I added a bunch of orange zest just because. These baked up wonderfully- they aren't the prettiest cookie (at least with choco chips), but they sure do smell/taste great. Thanks for sharing! (I cooked min 7 min, left on sheet for a minute.)

Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers
Were these gluttonous, or what. We just mixed the jalapenos in (with a little salt) and grilled them on the george foreman. Once they came off the grill, a nice swipe of soft cream cheese, mmm... I'm sad to say we ate these without buns, off the plate, as we cooked them. Whether it was because we were hungry or they were super tasty is debatable, but either way, we'll be making these again.
