Pizza Dough III
GREAT recipe and very easy! I did adjust the oven temperature to 375 but I have an older oven. Some others mentioned having soggy dough. I used 3 cups of "00" flour and exactly 1 cup of warm water. When I activated the yeast in a separate bowl I did so with some of the water from the 1 cup I had set aside. I did not use additional water and my dough was perfect. It was not at all soggy. I also use a pizza pan that has holes at the bottom for a crispier crust. If you use exactly one cup of warm water you won't have a soggy crust. I baked crust first for 7 mins then added my toppings and then baked another 8 mins. or so. I will use this recipe over and over. It was perfect. I may even try adding some spices as others did.

Berry Good Coffee Cake
To all that attempt to make this...the batter is going to be thick. This is how the recipe is but do not fear. My daughter and I just made this and it is absolutely delicious! I love it and as easy as it is to make it is a keeper in my family's dessert menu.
