Light Wheat Rolls
These were soft and really good. I substituted canola oil for the melted butter and I brushed them with olive oil before baking to make them dairy free. I also used white whole wheat flour. I've made a lot of roll recipes and this one is one of my favorites. I will definitely be making these again.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I made this for a dinner we were invited to. My husband overheard the host telling someone else that this cake "was to die for." It was really moist and chocolaty. I used a small box of pudding instead of the large, I used about 3/4 cup of oil, and I used less than half the chocolate chips it called for. The cake mix I used said it had pudding in the mix. The batter was really thick and I wasn't sure how long to mix it. I used a whisk and stirred till everything was mixed. I had no need to worry about the batter because the cake turned out great. It reminded me of the chocolate muffins that my sister would get from a bakery. This was really easy and quick to make. It was as easy as doing a cake mix and it didn't need frosting, just a sprinkling of powdered sugar. I would make this again.

Double Orange Cookies
I made this recipe for a cookie exchange. I had several people tell me that it was one of their favorites. I took that as a compliment because there were a lot of really good cookies there. This recipe is really similiar to Orange Drop Cookies IV on this site. I chose this one because it used orange juice concentrate instead of orange juice so it would have more orange flavor. I also prefer cream cheese frostings which this recipe had. It was soft and there was just the right amount of orange flavor. This is a recipe that I will make again. The only down side to this cookie was that I couldn't stack the cookies because of the cream cheese frosting so it made transporting them a little tricky. I had to lay them out on cookie sheets. I also doubled the batch and got well over 100 cookies. There wasn't enough frosting for the cookies. Next time I will make double the amount of frosting.
