Pumpkin Roll II

I am so happy with this recipe! It worked out really well. This is my roll of any kind and it was so easy. A slight change I made was that I added some lemon to the filling for a little more 'zip'. I can't wait to let my husband try it!

Apple Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

This was a great recipe, I just used apple juice though. It was really flavourful and tender. We loved it!

Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a favorite recipe. Everyone loves them! I have made them several times now. I usually add less chips and sometimes I add some toffee chunks
