Always a crown pleaser! I use this for lots of different things. I also use I cant believe its not butter and it turns out nice and fluffy after you mix it. And chills well in the refrigerator for later use!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2008
I love this recipe, it is a fantastic and quick side. I love rice but my husband doesn't, so it's my way of getting the texture of rice while still giving my husband a great pasta dish!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2008
This was great, I made a few changes, but overall the base recipe is great. I boiled some carrots and added them at the end for some color. Also I just use a rotiserie chicken from the grocery store and just use the breasts and shred them( its much easier and less time consuming).

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2008
This recipe was fantastic! I added chocolate chips to it, and only cooked them for 9-10 minutes. Make sure you preheat! I will definitely be making these again.

Goat Cheese and Arugula over Penne

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2007
This recipe was a complete success. The only thing i would change would be the garlic, either make sure you cut it up into SUPER tiny pieces, or sautee it first. Getting a big chunk of garlic can be unpleasant(not only for you but the people who have to smell your breath afterward). I also used a mixture of blue cheese, goat cheese and feta. Afterward, I topped it off with slices of grilled chicken breast. This combo turned out fantastic! My boyfriend is a real red meat and potatoes kind of guy and he loved it!

Very Fruity Rum Punch

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2006
This was a great recipe! I just used a orange/pinapple juice from tropicana instead of the frozen stuff. and added a little more of the banana liquer and the rum. This also refrigerated well and I had some the day after as well. My boyfriends mother who never drinks had 5 cups of punch. I would definitely make again! In fact I'm back here to get the recipe for someone else.
