Fluffy Biscuits
omg! So delicious and so easy and quick. I used 1 stick of cold butter instead of shortening , and mixed into the flour mixture till a little crumbly. Kneaded only 4 or 5 times on floured surface and patted it out till about 1 inch thick , then used the end of a 1/4 cup measuring cup to cut them.
