Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2008
This is a very good recipe but because of the changes i made i only gave it 4 stars. Change 1: melt butter in microwave & add garlic powder instead of garlic cloves to the bread crumb mix. change 2: use Italina bread crumbs already have the ingredient. change 3: put bread crumb mix into Lg baggie and dip pieces of chicken (i used chicken strips) in butter then shake in baggie till coated.Sprinkle baking dish w/dry bread crumbs after spraying w/olive oil(another members idea) add chicken & top with the rest of the dry bread crumb mix & any left over butter.Bake according to directions & you'll have crispy chicken (no need to broil).I served these with a blue cheese dressing but you could you ranch.ENJOY!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2008
Great recipe...i made it as the directions called for and i see why diced cheese instead of shredded is the way to go...the diced cheese leaves pockets of warm cheese where the shredded my make the meat loaf a little dry. Thanks for the recipe we love!! it.
