Made this last night, best Naan recipe I've come across yet! It was soft and not dry and chewy like a lot of recipes come out. I dissolved the yeast in the warm water and a tablespoon of sugar, then chucked it all in the breadmaker on dough cycle for 1.5 hours. Worked great! I kneaded in some garlic, and the brushed BOTH sides with butter and heaps more garlic (we looove garlic). Also, roll out the balls of dough as THIN as you can. Great recipe, thanks for sharing it!

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
Great recipe. Used half shortening (Kremelta, here in NZ) and half butter and used 2 cups less icing sugar, and it turned out amazing, better than any I've made before. There were a few moments in making it that I thought "Oh no, this is going to be a disaster" because the texture went a bit weird and crumbly, but I continued on with the recipe and it turned out great...perfect for icing my sons birthday cake, it held shape very well. I will certainly use this recipe again, thank you for sharing it!
