Mom's Apple Pie I

This recipe is SO good and I'm not normally a fan of apple pie. I doubled the spices, though, as I usually do with pie recipes! Also, I didn't have whiskey so I substited with a really rich brandy. MMM.

Banana Chocolate Chip Softies

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV

I replaced the macadamia nuts with pistachio nuts, and didn't add any extra salt -- it was the best cookie I've ever had!

Apple Pumpkin Muffins

Just made these & they are so. good. I only had about 4oz of apple in my freezer, cut the sugar by an additional 1/2 cup, and added a ton of extra ginger & nutmeg, just how I like it! The recipe made 18 for me, and they are really soft and not too sweet. Great recipe.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

I cut the salt in half, doubled baking soda, and added a half cup of flour as suggested and they were SO GOOD. Chewy!

Yellow Angel Food Cake

Though this cake was easy to make, and tastes quite good (not sweet though -- very eggy) it shouldn't be advertised as an angel food cake. Also, it took about 20 minutes in the oven, so it's a good thing I didn't leave it in there for an hour!!!
