Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes
I followed this recipe precisely, and it was way too salty tasting! Some of you may be thinking I used self-rising flour, but no... I used plain all-purpose flour. I did, however, use salted butter. I will make these again, but next time I'll cut the salt in half at least and use unsalted butter. The texture was perfect and they were fluffy.

Buttermilk Pound Cake
This cake is delicious! Because of the comments about 4 eggs or 6 eggs, I used 5. I used 1/2 t. vanilla and 1/2 t. orange extract. You couldn't taste the orange, but it gave it the extra umph that it needed!! THank you!

Moist Turkey Burgers
This was my first time to make turkey burgers, and because of my concern about dryness I chose this recipe. I, like other reviewers, left the bread crumbs out. I can't really put my finger on it, but something just wasn't quite right with this. Maybe it was a little too moist? Or maybe it needed an additional seasoning. I think next time I will half the amount of onion used.
