My Favorite Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

A good recipe to be sure. Please wait until youve added the chicken/veggie/rice/juice to the soup before seasoning with boullion. The flavor really comes out when they meet. I ended up adding some cream to my bowl to kick it up a little more.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Maybe it was the brands i used, but this became waaaaay salty. I added some water to dilute the juices a bit. Still, effing amazing recipe on merits of ease and taste. Will make again!

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

This got rave reviews. I made it with kidney beans and black beans, and 2 cans of tomato sauce, without the added water. Came out more like a chili than a soup, but amazing nonetheless!!! Served with homemade tortillas and fresh sour cream. Yield is a ton though, but I'm on my way to give half the leftovers to homeless shelter now :)

Easy Spicy Thai Slow Cooker Chicken

I must have messed this up somehow. It was really par with a cheap bag-to-skillet meal. I made the dressing as called for, and poured half over the 3 chicken breasts. Added a thawed bag of stirfry veggies. Roomate said he would eat it again, but wouldnt ask for it. I'll try it again with a homemade dressing as opposed to Kraft. Will probably scale the liquid way down.

Parmesan Chicken

This is a pretty good recipe, especially when you need dinner quick or are pinching pennies. I halved the recipe for my small household, and served with steamed vegetables dusted in lemon pepper and olive oil. I agree with previous reviews on the subject of baking rather of frying, but either way yields something delicious!
