I loved this recipe! I even forgot to put the salt and pepper in the flour and just put it on the hot pickles when they were hot. I dipped them in buttermilk ranch dressing. I used the sandwich pickles. The dip and flour is enough to make more than just a jar of pickles. I may reduce the amounts next time if I'm just making these for myself. Though it's great if you're making these for a party.

Depression Era Corn Chowder

I drained my corn before I put it in, and only used one can of chicken broth. It was still pretty runny. I pureed it to see if it would be any better. My husband said he really liked it, it just tasted like a big bowl of cream corn, not hearty at all. He's now going to Krystal to get some food that will fill him up.

I did not like this recipe. I used black beans and maybe that affected it. It just lacked flavor. Thanks for sharing but I will not be making it again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I really loved this soup. So did my husband, his brother and his father. I had a can of chick peas that i wanted to use so I put them on in, they are healthy and I don't believe they changed the taste of the soup. I will be using this recipe again!

Texas Ranch Chicken

I thought this was just okay. My husband did love it. Not sure if he was being truthful or if he was trying not to hurt my feelings :) Maybe I used too much dressing. I used a buffalo ranch dressing. I will make it again for my husband.

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

This recipe is great! Made it for a mexican themed party and everyone loved it! I made it in a smaller pan since some reviewers said that making it in the recommended pan was too thin. Somehow my whipped topping never whipped, I put the topping in a creamer bowl and had everyone pour some over their pieces. I will surely make this again! It wasn't too sweet for me!

Broiled Pizza Burgers

This recipe is great. I couldnt find cornstarch at the store so when the mixture was a little runny I just used a little flour and it did the trick. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it seems like something is missing. But my husband and I really enjoyed it and I will be making it again!
