Cherry Cobbler I
Mmm... delicious!! I used whole wheat flour and skim milk b/c that's what I had on hand, otherwise I made it exactly as written. It was perfection!!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
I loved this! Like others, I just put the chicken breasts in raw, frozen in fact, and removed to shred when the soup was nearly done. Also, added lime juice prior to serving. That added the perfect touch. I put the leftovers in the freezer that night and the following week warmed some up on a leftover night and it tasted just as good, if not better! It's making me hungry right now just thinking about it.
