Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Delicious, Pork Chops were moist, tender and full of flavor. I upped the recipe to 6 chops and used less than the calculated amount.Like some others I had way more egg and breadcrumbs than I needed. So I double breaded them and I still threw away egg and breadcrumbs. But this was a great recipe and will definately make it again!

Pork Chops with Italian Sausage

A keeper in our house! Followed the recipe pretty much as is. I didn't measure the wine or Italian seasoning but probably used pretty close to the amounts listed in the recipe. Pork Chops were fork tender. Can't wait to make this again!

Asparagus and Mushroom Frittata

Love this recipe! Not only is it easy it's delicious too! This recipe does not give a pan size. I doubled the recipe for my 12 inch pan I knew it would be too dry if I didn't. It came out perfect. I used egg beaters and part skim mozzarella. I also reduced the amount of olive oil that was calculated for 12 eggs. I'm going to try making ahead and freezing for breakfast during the week! Try this one you won't be sorry!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Made this the other night and it was really good. I only had Rotel on hand and used that instead of regular diced tomatos and it came out great! Also added more garlic. Next time I would use either thin sliced chicken cutlets or tenders instead. The breasts didn't absorb much of the flavor of the sauce which was wonderful!
