About this Cook
I'm 24 years old. Recently got married on June 30th, 2006. My husband is my life! I work in the Publishing profession and am a pretty happy go lucky person
My favorite things to cook
steak chicken casseroles
My cooking triumphs
The first time I cooked for my husband it was a steak recipe that I got off of allrecipes. It was one of the best steaks I've ever made!! Needless to say, I make steak at least once a week!
My cooking tragedies
My first attempt at cooking chicken I put way too much seasoning salt so when my husband and I went to eat it we cook barely choke it down because it was so salty!!!

Potato Casserole II
I made this recipe as is and it was delicious. I love love love cheese so next time I might add another cup but other than that it was pretty darn good!!!

Salami Noodle Casserole
Delicious! The salami really adds the flavor to this pasta. My 2 1/2 year old loved it. It is good as is!! No changes made.

Mexican Chicken Soup
This soup was absolutely delicious! I am not a soup eater generally as there are few that I find good enough to want to eat, but this was great. I followed the recipe to a T. I have to say the addition of the cilantro is a must for this recipe and is the key ingredient, along with the avocado that makes this so delicious. Will make this very often for my Mexican husband (who loved it too!).
