This is a great recipe and I will definitely make it again. Instead of cooking the potatoes first, I used a food processor to slice thin pieces and put them directly in the pan. I used 2 cups of cheese and reserved 1/2 cup for the top. It was great and my family loved it.

Pineapple Glaze for Ham

This is a wonderful recipe for ham. I did add some ground cloves and dijon mustard to the pineapple juice mixture and it gave the ham a great flavor. I would definitely use this again.

Grandma Minnie's Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies

This was a pretty good sugar cookie recipe but the cookies came out a little bit hard even when I decreased the oven temp and cooking time. I was hoping to have a more chewy cookie. Adding a tsp. of almond extract in addition to the vanilla helped enhance the flavor.

Festive Fudge

I agree with some of the other reviews that this fudge isn't creamy enough and is a little bitter. It did get pretty hard after refrigerating for a short time and remained that way even when I took it out. I'm going to keep looking for a better recipe.

Banana Muffins I

When making these muffins, I replaced some ingredients, as mentioned in the comments, but found these muffins to be very bland. They were very moist but just didn't have a very good flavor. I used whole wheat flour instead of white and vanilla yogart to replace the sour cream. I also used splenda. Don't think that I'll make them again.

Real Hummus

This recipe was pretty good. I added 2 15oz cans of garbanzo beans since I couldn't find a 19oz can. I left everything else the same except I added an extra clove of garlic. I should have used 1 clove because it was a little strong. The hummus did taste better after being in the refrigerator for a few days.

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

This salsa was very good. I added an extra avocado and will probably add another mango next time. I used a food processor to chop and mix everything but the consistency probably would have been better if I cut it by hand.

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

This was probably the best cornbread that I have ever had. It was very moist and full of flavor. I did add a whole can of chile peppers instead of half and it seemed just right. My husband loved it too but suggested decreasing the sugar maybe to 1/2 cup instead of 1 cup.
