About this Cook
Please check out my Wolf's Recipes folder in my recipe box. It would please me. :-) A little about myself... I am a man of specialized talent, and I am trying to make cooking one of them. I am a certified SCUBA diver, I drag race my 2005 Pontiac GTO on weekends, and I am also a helicopter pilot. "Werewolf" is the call sign, I was given due to the fact that I love to fly at night, especially under a full moon. I have a Texas class A commercial drivers license. I used to drive 18-wheelers for Swift. My job titles have been pretty diverse, but cooking is a passion for me. I hope you enjoy my recipes. Write me if you have any questions. I would love to help where I can.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook anything with meat, chicken, beef, venison... I love meat!

Wolf's Bourbon Chicken
The reviews that state that the alcohol taste is too strong, are probably using a house whiskey. A good name brand should be used to produce a better result. This could be why the ratings are on opposite ends of the scale. I have used Crown because the dish come out tasting great, and I take pride in my culinary creations. I have also used Jameson and gotten excellent results. If Old Crow brand is chosen, even if it is their best 7 day old, I cannot vouch for the results. ;-) Happy Day!
