Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2012
I've been making this recipe for the past 5 years and my husband still loves it. I use this exact recipe except I make additional sauce for leftovers and fry the bacon, mushrooms, and chicken in the same skillet. Don't leave out the honey or corn syrup. Those are the ingredients that make this recipe so delicious. I also make 2 cups of cooked rice that I put in the bottom of the baking dish and then cover with the chicken and most of sauce. Excellent one-dish meal!

Chocolate Pretzels

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2011
Looks like this recipe hasn't been reviewed for a long, long time. Y'all are missing out on a fantastic chocolate/salty snack. I used both regular and also peanut butter M&M's. I pushed the M&M's into the chocolate with a straw as suggested by another reviewer. And, like another reviewer, I also have to make another batch because we 'sampled' most of the first. Awesome and so easy. 5 stars! Thanks for sharing.

Karyn's Cream of Crab Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2011
Awesome recipe! Followed other viewers' suggestions and cut back on the Old Bay but other than that followed the recipe exactly. I noticed this recipe is dated 2006. How did I miss it for the past 5 years?!

Grilled Ham Steak

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2011
As described by another reviewer. . .Awesome! I made two small changes. I added 1/4 cup of brown sugar and also added the juice from a small can of sliced pineapple to the preserve mixture. I brushed the glaze on the pineapple slices and grilled them the last few minutes. Great with or without the pineapple and brown sugar. This recipe is definitely in my 'keeper' file!

Lazy Lasagna II

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2011
Super quick and delicious recipe! I did boil the ravioli first for approximately 5 minutes then layered it in a baking dish with mozzarella cheese, browned ground beef, onions, garlic and spaghetti sauce. I baked it for about 20 minutes, then put more mozzarella cheese on top and continued baking until cheese melted. I just love these 'lazy' recipes!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
Absolutely super recipe! I didn't have whole chickens so I used two each chicken breasts, legs and thighs and only baked for 2 hours. I baked it at 275 for 1 1/2 hours then raised the temperature to 325 for the last 1/2 hour. The last 15 minutes, I lightly basted with barbecue sauce. Delicious! Thanks for this great recipe!
