Stuffed Green Peppers I

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2010
This has been my go-to stuffed pepper recipe for about a year now. I always make the rice seperate though..the few times I tried making the rice with the other mixture, it never made the rice correctly, they were crunchy and took forever to cook. Making it seperately had helped a lot. I also use red peppers, as I like the taste better than green.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
Being these are my secret weapon every year around christmas time I had to give this a 5. I discovered this recipe about 4 yrs ago on this site and I always get such amazing reviews from them, I usually add either dark chocolate hershey kisses on top (instead of PB Cups) or Hershey PB choc kisses (not sure if theyre special edition)....I also put each batch out of the oven right into the freezer (on a separate plate) for about 5 minutes so that the candies on top dont melt in the hot cookies. Best recipe ever!

Sicilian Lemon Chicken with Raisin-Tomato Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
My husband and I like this. I dont know if I did this right, but it was pretty spicy. Ive added 1/4 cayenne to other recipes, but I thought this was way spicy. I agree with other reviews- definitely need to add some chicken broth and do not drain the tomatoes. The idea and basis of this recipe was good though. Might make again.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
One of my favorites in my rotation. I bought some sweet canned vinegar peppers in the store today and plan on serving on top of the pork chops tomorrow night. Think it might go well. Pork chops always come out moist and delicious. Great recipe!!

Spinach-Stuffed Flounder with Mushrooms and Feta

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
Really didn't like this one too much. It might have been my fault, because the flounder I get in the grocery store is the same size-not that large...so my roll ups were so tiny! I kind of felt like it was a lot of work for not that exciting of a meal. I made this months ago and haven't thought to make it since.

Rice with Almonds and Raisins

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
I made this twice so far, and liked it. For some reason I feeled like maybe it might be missing a little something but overall a nice side dish. I think the amount of onion can be cut down slightly and I might try this next time.

Simply Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
This is a simple great recipe. 2 things I added make a big difference: I add about 1 tsp of lemon juice to the egg, and I sprinkle Adobo to the bread crumb/cheese mixture. The taste is so great!!

Chicken and Sausage with Bowties

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
Just made this recipe tonight for my fiance and I...he is a picky eater and say it was "excellent" I LOVE the taste, thought it was great! I used turkey sausage instead to make it a tiny less fattening, and used angel hair bc it's what I had on hand. This will be in my monthly rotation!
