Garlic and Tomato Tilapia
I wanted to like it because it was so easy to make, but both my husband and I agree that this recipe left a lot to be desired.

Salsa Chicken
My family and I loved it. This is a simple dish I would serve to company. I used a Mexican cheese blend and it tasted great!

Burrito Pie
This was the best and sooooo easy to make. It has got two thumbs up from my family. Make a lot, but heats up well as leftovers.
