About this Cook
I am currently in grad school... It is extremely time consuming. However, after a big round of tests, I feel no better stress relief then to come home and cook/bake.
My favorite things to cook
I love to make ANYTHING with chocolate chips. Self-admitted addict to chocolate.
My cooking triumphs
I made a better then sex cake from this site that put the biggest smile on my grandmas face. I never told her the title of the cake :-)
My cooking tragedies
Too many to recall.

Morning Glory Muffins I
These are really good (and def worth the increased prep work). They are the only thing I have found that I can eat for breakfast and not be hungry until lunch (I toast them and add a little PB for extra protein). Two recommendations: 1. if you are going to use more Whole wheat flour than the recipe says you should increase some liquid whether it be another egg white or some extra applesauce. WW Flour has a tendency to be a little drier and needs the extra juice! 2. I put my raisins in the microwave submerged in water for about 1min40sec, then I drain them and add it to the liquid part of the recipe. This makes them nice and plump! Seriously, great recipe~~

Monkey Bread with a Twist
Excellent! The only changes I made was to use slightly less biscuits (30 oz vs the called for 36oz), 2 Granny Smith apples, added a little nutmeg, a little vanilla and Smart Balance. The changes I made were to avoid the problem of having it boil over. I used a Bundt pan and had no issues with it burning my oven. Seriously, this was DELICIOUS!

Banana Frittata
I thought this was SOOO good; however, I took other peoples reviews and found the plate trick for flipping the only way to do it. I served it with PB and honey. YUM!!
