Easy Chocolate Tofu Pie

Pie was okay. I found it a bit bitter. Used a chocolate crust as well. Easy to make. Next time will add more sugar and perhaps some peanut butter!

Kheer (Rice Pudding)

This was wonderful. Very easy recipe to follow. Omitted the rose water and reg. milk. Used more coconut milk instead. Cooked up perfect. Husband and I both loved it.

Baked Tofu Bites

These were okay. Texture seemed a bit off. Served them with hot sauce. Doubt I'll make them again. Family wasn't too crazy about 'em.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

OMG. These were amazing. So easy to make. The flavours were wonderful. My husband raved about them for days afterwards even though they were so easy to make. Will make them again....and again...and again... :)

Authentic Potato Pancakes

The recipe was easy to follow however it took forever to grate all those potatos! The mixture didn't tend to stick together very well so had to add more flour. They fried up nicely as long as the patties weren't too thick. Flavour was okay. Very watery mixture at bottom of bowl so ended up throwing out approx. one potato's worth. Probably would make these again.

Indian Peanut Stew

This was okay. My husband and I both ate ours but forget about going back for seconds. It was VERY peanut buttery and therefore, very filling. The appearance and texture was a bit odd too, which may have put us off a bit. Overall, it was just okay.

Creamy Vegan Corn Chowder

I loved this recipe. It was so yummy! My husband liked it too. I found it a bit watery but when I make it again, will just add a little less. A great starter or main dish.
