Round Steak and Gravy I

Very flavorful. I couldn't find stuffing for beef so I used stuffing for pork. The stuffing gave it just the right amount of savory taste.

I added a teaspoon of vanilla and 1 jar of marshmallow creme, sprinkled the top with cinnamon for garnish. Served with fresh Bosc pears and strawberries. YUM! Can't wait to try adding some peppermint and serving with chocolate and brownies.

Baked Tomatoes Oregano

I did not use fresh bread crumbs (lazy) and I think that affected the taste. Next time I will follow the recipe. Otherwise, this is a great side dish to basil pesto chicken pasta.

Lasagna Alfredo

I made this recipe for 100 at a church banquet and everyone loved it. Every single plate came back empty. I used no-boil lasagna, sauteed the chicken with minced garlic and chopped fresh mushrooms, and added italian seasoning to the ricotta cheese. It freezes well, too. You will want to make this again and again.

For a different flavor, substitute cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom. Serve over noodles. Yum!

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes

My husband said this was the best meal he has had in a very long time. I don't have a roasting rack so I used carrots to raise the meat off the bottom of the pan.
