Cherry Enchiladas

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2006
This was very good. I was a little skeptical about the tortillas, but they are delicious. Warm with vanilla ice cream is the best! Thanks for the great, easy recipe!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2006
These cookies were awesome. I have been looking for a good snickerdoodle recipe for some time and this is exactly what I have been looking for. My only suggestion is to bake at 350 rather than 400 degrees. Maybe it was my oven, but my first tray burned.

This makes a huge amount even if you half the recipe! It was very good. We liked the texture of the baked pasta. Will definitely make again.

These were great! Everyone in my family loved them, there wasn't a bit leftover. My husband made them for dinner and said they were really east to make also. Thanks for the great recipe.

Daddy Charles's Spooley

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2007
This stuff was great! In anticipation of being snowed in this weekend, I thought this would be fun to make since we would not be going anywhere. My husband and I both LOVED it! It goes down really easy, so you need to be careful since it is quite potent. I made it exactly as the recipe said and wouldn't change a thing. We are both looking forward to making it on a hot summer day, but it made our snow bound weekend much more tolerable!

Zippy Egg Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2007
I took this to a potluck brunch and everyone loved it. The spicyness made it a little different than the average breakfast casserole. Thanks for the great recipe, will make again.

These were delicious. We have made them several times and always enjoy them. Best Buffalo wings we have ever made at home. This is the only recipe we use now. Thanks for the great recipe.

This was very good without changing a thing. It was great to come home to. I put in potatoes and carrots with 2 hours left to cook and everthing was perfect. Thanks for the great, quick recipe!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

We loved this soup, although we only used four chicken breasts as others suggested. It makes a HUGE amount and is great reheated. Very tasty and filling, thanks for the great recipe.

Sugar Coated Pecans

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2007
These are excellent and very easy. I used the zip lock bag method others used and it works well. Took them to a holiday gathering and people told me they were addictive. Thanks for the great, easy recipe!

Chicken Vicious

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
This did not turn out as we anticipated. It never thickened, not sure if that is how it is or something we did wrong. It had a nice flavor, but even with adding more vegetables it was really soupy. Probably will not make again.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2008
This sounded really tasty, but it turned out dry for me. I even used beef broth instead of water, but did everything else the same. It smelled good cooking, but I probably won't make again.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
I made this recipe the way MelindaD suggested in her review as I was looking for more of a casserole than lasagne. Tastewise it is very good. I didn't read the layering directions as well as I should have and ended up mixing it all together and topping with additional mozzarella. I think next time I will try it as the lasagne since this way it was not very saucy. My only complaint was I seemed to use almost every dish in my kitchen to make it! Will review again when I make it the original way, thanks for the yummy recipe!

Taco Bake

This was really good. I did add a can of Rotel tomatoes as some others suggested and omitted the water and green chiles. It was quick to make, and had a lot of flavor. Thanks for the quick tasty recipe!

Basic Ham and Bean Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
This was very good, but I did make some changes after reading other reviews. I soaked the beans overnight, used 4 cups chicken broth and 4 cups of water. I also added a large can of tomato sauce as we like it a little thicker and a dash of tobasco. Really good soup for a cold day. Thanks for sharing.
