I work full time as a collision repair shop manager so most of my big cooking gets done on the weekends.
My favorite things to cook
I like to try to make things I haven't made before. I like to make French food, classics like escargot, pulled pork bbq, fried calamari, clams casino, steamed lobster, all kinds of stuff. Whatever sounds good that day. I like to bake, too.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania so I really wasn't exposed to anything gourmet until I got older.
My cooking triumphs
Carolina pulled pork bbq and slaw sandwiches. They took all day but were fantastic. 2 day pork ribs (Barbecue Ribs recipe from this site), worth every bit of effort. French baguettes.
My cooking tragedies
This god awful chicken and mustard recipe, I must have screwed it up bad, it had to be thrown out.
