Honey Orange Basil Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2007
This chicken was delicious!! I used fresh basil instead of dried, and used fresh orange juice. I probably could have had it marinade longer, but it was still good. My grill wasn't working so I cooked in a pan on the stove and it got a gorgeous golden color! Thanks for this yummy recipe I will definitly make again! :]

Sweet Balsamic Marinade

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2007
Delicious marinade for balsamic lovers! I skipped the onions and added a clove of minced garlic and fresh grated ginger. I put this over chicken and let it marinade for 4 hours and it was delicious!! I will definitly make it again, but the only mistake I made is that I pounded out the chicken before I marinaded it and it fell apart when I grilled it, but it was still yummy!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2007
This was the best wild rice soup I have ever eaten!! I sauted some carrots and celery in the pot before the first step, and it added just that much more flavor! I also used two boxes of rice because it seemed to me like that wasn't enough rice, but it turned out a little too thick, so I added some extra chicken broth at the end to make it the thickness that I wanted, Thank you for the delicious recipe!!

If I could rate this bread more I could, it was my very first time making bread and it was a huge success! I didn't use whole wheat flour, I used all bread flour, and it was still delicious! It will become a family favorite!! Thank you for the wonderful recipe!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2006
I thought this recipe was just ok, but my family loved it! I thought the breading was a little too loose, but obviously my family didn't care! Although I have to say it had great flavor.

Very good, it has already become a favorite in my house! The first time I made it I didn't have enough sauce and it was a tad dry, but the second time I had enough and it wasn't dry at all!

Thai Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2006
This recipe was so great!! We really enjoyed it the next day we had some left over ingredients but no chicken but decided to make it anyway and it was still very good. We topped it with some clianto as well as the sprouts and carrots. Very great if you are looking for something different than a traditional pizza!
