This recipe is AMAZING. I added a little extra sugar b/c we like ours a little sweeter. This didn't affect the texture of the dough at all. I also used whole sausages and folded the dough over the sausage rather than pressing the sausage into the middle of the dough as the recipe suggested. Will try w/velveeta cheese next time rather than grated cheese.

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese

This is a great recipe. I modified it a bit. I added twice the amt of Velveeta and deleted the bread crumbs and instead topped it w/shredded cheese. Turned out fabulous!!

perfect recipe! turned out fabulous. i ran out of vanilla and only had an 1/8 tsp so i added 1/2 tsp of almond extract and they turned out great!

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu

followed recipe to the "T" w/the exception of using a little white wine vinegar in place of white wine. it was delicious. easy to make and wonderful flavor.

Deluxe Sugar Cookies

I tried this recipe as is, no changes whatsoever, and it is THE BEST sugar cookie recipe I have ever made. This will definitely be my new sugar cooking recipe. One note of caution, the recipe works best w/simple cookie cut-outs such as candy canes and bells. Large, detailed cut-outs do not hold their form and the dough bleeds while baking.

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

This recipe is super! Not too sweet and light and fluffy! Instead of butter, I substituted "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" and it worked wonderfully!
