Peach Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2011
Thank-you for this lovely, refreshing recipe! I marinaded my chicken breast for several hours in a little white wine/garlic/lemon juice; then grilled them- chopped the peaches and red onion up ahead of time as well. As other reviewers have mentioned, I did add a bit of oil (olive) to the dressing, but believe it would have been fine without. This IS a beautiful salad that celebrates the bounty of fresh summer produce!

Beer Margaritas

Made these for company a few weeks ago. Great warm weather drink! I used a little less liquor, and a little more water...only because I was running low on tequila. Everyone loved it!

Absolutely Amazing Ahi

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2011
Wonderful! As previously reviewed, use low sodium soy sauce...I only used 1/3 cup. It is essential to carefully mix together for presentation...not for taste. I felt like a gourmet chef when I served this...thank-you!!!

Crab and Jack Pretzel

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2011
My son saw the recent cover of "Baltimore" magazine, and started drooling over the crab pretzel pictured...hence my search through trusty Allrecipes for something similar. This was delicious exactly as is. Having said that, I am looking forward to varying this recipe as well (no horseradish, add Old Bay?) I may even try making homemade pretzels (I used frozen soft pretzels...) Thanks for the inspiration and for making my son smile!!

Mexican Bean Salad

Great side dish! I agree that the amount of dressing can be cut a bit (1/4-1/3 c. of oil and vinegar). Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe!

Marrakesh Vegetable Curry

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2010
This curry was delicious, and fragrant! I love that it combines many different sources of protein and nutrients! Although the eye appeal may diminish after the initial serving, this made for great lunches---even without the rice. I really appreciate this contribution to All Recipes!

This is a wonderful recipe...you can add raisins, walnuts, brandy...depending on your mood /pantry / level of entertaining. I used left over sandwich bread, and added raisins. Thank-you for sharing. We really enjoyed it!

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
This was an easy and different way to prepare produce from my CSA- I used a little less butter and cut the sugar by about 1/2- The "eye appeal" is great as well! Thank you for the recipe!

Ginger Crab Cakes

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2010
I live in Maryland, where everyone "knows" crabcakes. This is a wonderful recipe!! I followed the recipe exactly, except I used panko bread crumbs. The result was lovely- light and perfect for summer fare. Added an asian-style cole slaw, corn on the cobb, and pinot grigio! Thanks for sharing this.

This macaroni salad was the BEST! My husband and son gobbled it up. The sweetened condensed milk is the secret. I followed the recipe as written. Thanks so much for such a wonderful recipe!!
