Chocolate Orange Flavored Mousse

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2011
This is very similar to a professional recipe at my old job. I replaced some of the water with Cointreau for a little more orange flavor and an adult twist to the chocolate mousse. FANTASTIC!

Stuffed Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2011
The correct temperature to cook pork to is actually 145 degrees. If you don't overcook it (to 170 degrees) these turn out very good and moist.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew III

Reviewed: May 25, 2011
I cooked this recipe exactly as the directions say and it was pretty awful. It was really bland, but salty. I started to cook on low the night before as instructed and the vegetables were mush and the meat was still tough. Definitely will not be making this again.

The Amazing Swedish Meatball

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
It was very bland. Really all the sauce is made up of is flour, water and sour cream. Will definitely have to make changes next time. Heres some suggestions: use chicken or beef stock instead of water add cream of mushroom soup to the sauce as well put worcestershire in sause as well as meatballs add garlic or onion powder Hope that helps

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
This casserole was fantastic! But I did make several changes to it, so I cant give it 5 stars... First I chopped the raw chicken into bite sized cubes and sauteed them until they had a nice brown on the outside. I definitely omitted the mayo (cuz it kinda grosses me out) and the concistency was perfect. I added some diced celery to give it a little crunch and just mixed it all together in the casserole dish. So good and so easy!

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
Very good! I didnt cover the asparagus while i cooked it because i didnt want it to get soggy and I added an extra couple cloves of garlic (first time i made it I couldnt taste it too much with the 3 cloves) sprinkled it with parmesan when done cooking. My boyfriend loved it! definitely a keeper.

Garlic Fried Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
Very good recipe! Like everyone else, I added 1 Tbs butter and some extra garlic. After the garlic and onions I added some frozen carrots and peas, just let them cook for about a min, they thaw fast. Then I added 1 egg and made sure it was cooked and well distributed before adding the rice. Turned out great! Everyone had seconds, didnt have any leftovers.
