Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2006
This was good...tasted like a warm cinnamon roll. I like my bread pudding cold as well, so I made this to take camping with us. When I ate it warm it was great but the next day some of the 'juice' had seperated a bit and was at the bottom, and that was a turn off to me so it was thrown out. Maybe I need to bake longer next time?? I dont know, but it was great warm!!

Simple Country Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2006
This one deserves 10!!! It was the best country ribs I've had. I read past reviews and also used a bottle of beer, garlic clove thick sliced and onion wedged. This is a definite keeper. Chunks of the ribs were falling off as I was turning them on grill (well george forman b/c I too, like a past review, have no grill) ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL THANKS FOR SHARING THIS ONE!!!

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2006
I agree with others that it doesn't taste like crab. But these were great. My husband liked them so much he wanted me to make them for him for breakfast the next day and has been begging for them ever since...so for dinner tonight they will be made again. Being it only takes about 1 large zucchini and I can get them at the local farmers market 3/$1 I think this will me a common in our household. I also doubled the OLD BAY and used a little less butter. Squeezed out zucchini too!! Thanks for sharing this one its a keeper!!
