Delicious Grilled Hamburgers
This recipe was delicious! Used for the 4th of July BBQ, and everyone loved the burgers! I had someone who had 3 burgers and we ended up running out, so my dad went to the store to get more beef. Here are some pointers I'd add: 1. I used Ground Chuck Beef, always have for making burger patties. Want to look for 80-85% on the label to see how lean the meat is. 2. I didn't have the liquid smoke flavoring on hand and didn't use it. The burgers still came out tasting great! 3. When mixing the ingredients with the beef, I really got my hands into the beef so that there were no air bubbles. Knead the mixture well. This helps keep the patties from falling apart when grilling. None of my burgers fell apart and were grilled to perfection!

Easy Peach Crisp II
I cooked this for a 4th of July BBQ, and everyone raved about it! It's so easy to make that I actually had my two friends make it while I got everything else ready. I used two varieties of 7 fresh peaches that weren't fully ripe, so added a little more sugar than called for. I topped with brown sugar and served with vanilla ice cream of course! Some of my friends found it a bit too sweet and buttery for their liking, so you may want to cut down if you're not too crazy about sugar, but I liked it as is. Keeper for sure!

Corn and Avocado Salsa
The corn salsa was really great in that it tasted as good as it was easy to make. I didn't have any red wine vinegar on me or red onions (i used yellow), but that didn't seem to have an adverse effect. It still tasted really good. One thing i'd change for the future would be to cut down on the cumin. I added just a pinch less than a tbspoon but it still tasted very Mexican-ish(which gave it that extra punch). overall--great!
